მეთოდოლოგია (met'odologia)=methodology=μεθ
WIKTIONARY: Etymology
From Greek possibly via Russian методология (metodologija).
From method + -ology
From Ancient Greek μέθοδος (methodos, “pursuit of knowledge, investigation, mode of prosecuting such inquiry, system”), from μετά (meta, “after”) + ὁδός (hodos, “way, motion, journey”).
The French -logie is a continuation of Latin -logia, ultimately from Ancient Greek -λογία. Within Greek, the suffix is an -ία abstract from Ancient Greek λόγος (logos, “account, explanation, narrative”), itself a verbal noun from λέγω (legō, “I say, speak, converse, tell a story”).
